"FUGUE STATE" GALLERY

This is the first group of paintings that I visualized and having something of a theme running through it. I named the series "Fugue State" after the psychiatric disorder where one dissociates entirely from ones current life, sometimes going elsewhere and starting anew, oblivious to the life left behind. Fictitious portraiture is the foundation of these works, lots of strange faces mingle with free-associative elements and themes. Look only once and you will miss a lot.
